Many girls are actually sports enthusiasts now. These are the girls that don't just wear baseball hats because they look cute with their pony tails. And they know a diamond isn't just a shiny thing that goes on their ring finger. These girls sincerely like sports. So if you've found one that sincerely likes you, you'd better be prepared to do more than just try to get to home base. Try these tips to keep your jock Jane tuned in:

1. Keep it competitive The last guy this sports fan is gonna want to hang out with is a pushover. Take it from Nina, a female sports nut: "Don't go out of your way to become a fan of a team just because they're my favorite." Nina says when she and her boyfriend root against each other, it's just their way of flirting.

2. Come out and play Try throwing something around besides the remote. If you and your significant other engage in a game of touch football, who knows where it could lead?


3. Don't let her win If the two of you are playing a friendly game of HORSE, don't give her any assistance, like letting her stand right under the net or shoot underhanded. These gals don't need -- or want -- any special treatment.

4. Don't let her lose  On the other hand you don't need to show off with your fancy lay-ups, either. You definitely don't want to see the losing side of this competitor.
