Gesher City Arlington Cluster Young Jewish Professionals 21-35  With 170+ members, this group is for jewish professionals (21-35) in the washington metro area --both newly arrived and those who just haven't had time to get out and about on the town-- to meet other young jewish profesionals. Traveling Shabbat Singles I (21-39) and Traveling Shabbat Singles II (35-55)  These two singles groups, targeting the age ranges of about 21-39 and 35-55, attend Friday night services at different synagogues around the Washington DC metropolitan area every week, and socialize after services. Unless otherwise noted, both groups will be attending the same services. The Young Professionals' Kesher (YPK) is a group for singles and couples in their 20's and 30's who want to meet other Jews their age, and build a sense of Jewish community. YPK offers activities, including religious education, community service, and social events.  YPK

Aleph Outdoors is a local, growing organization of Jewish individuals who enjoy challenging outdoor activities. Most activities take place on Saturday, although events may take place on Sunday. Events include hiking, biking, canoeing, caving, skiing, camping etc., and are mostly determined by the volunteers who lead them. Membership is $10/year for individuals and $15/year for families. Non-members are welcome to go on a couple of outings before joining, but are requested to pay $2 per event. Although this is not strictly a singles club, most of the current members are single. Books & Bagels folks was created by a woman named "Fern" who started her own Jewish Singles Group at least five years ago. They are an independent group who meets monthly in a private home. Members are ages 40+. They read various books on a Jewish theme. They meet once a month, and vary meeting times from Saturday night to Sunday brunch, to Sunday evening.
