Sacramento Singles Swing and Ballroom Dancing

Capitol Swing Dancers CSD holds dances at The Ballroom, 6009 Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, CA

Most dances include a free beginner west coast swing lesson from 5-6 p.m. (except the holiday and convention dances) and a Jack & Jill contest for a pre-designated skill level. Sacramento Branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society: Scottish Country Dancing is the traditional ballroom dancing of Scotland. Scottish Country Dancing is an exciting and wonderful dance form, danced to fiddle, accordion, piano and other instruments. The dances are done in sets with 3 to 5 couples.
